Future Expansion
Phase 2 is an entirely separate, new building which will include the addition of 45 new independent living apartments.
First, we completed Phase One of our expansion. We added two 2-story additions with basement shelters on the north side of the Pavilion. The addition adds 9 assisted living apartments, 20 skilled nursing care units and 14 assisted living memory care residences.
The new Independent Living building will have:
- underground safe areas
- Casual dining venue and restaurant-style dining venue
- Fitness center
- underground parking
- storage units
- New apartments with high end appliances and decor choices.
Reservations are being taken now.

We are currently meeting with future residents and taking reservations for this new phase. Upon approval, interested seniors can join the Charter Club by making a small deposit. The benefits for Charter Members are once-in-a-lifetime!
