Effective ethics is a team effort involving the participation and support of every employee. Each employee bears the responsibility to ask questions, seek proper guidance and report suspected violations of this Code of Conduct.
Conduct must be guided by the highest level of integrity when dealing with our residents, their families, health care providers and other business associates. Employees will not engage in any activity that could call into question the honesty, impartiality or reputation of Spanish Cove.
Employees must obey all applicable laws and regulations governing our operations anywhere we conduct business. We promote a trustworthy and honest work atmosphere, and will reinforce the vision of these ethics within Spanish Cove.
We will not tolerate any retaliation against employees who raise genuine concerns. Such retaliation is cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
