Over the years we have continually searched for and found ways to improve retirement living while steadfastly maintaining our goal of providing the best possible service at the lowest possible price.

Some people will tell you that you cannot hear, see or touch spirit, but here at Spanish Cove we believe you can. After all, what is spirit? Is it not energy generated from friendships? Look at the pictures on this website and I think you will see that energy. Everyone pictured is either a resident or a staff member.
Even this website is an example of the Spanish Cove spirit, because it was developed and designed with input from a large group of residents. This continues the tradition of resident involvement that began over thirty years ago when we were founded by a group of teachers that later became some of our first residents. this spirit also abounds in our Spanish Cove management style. Board meetings and records are open and available to residents. We want you to know how we operate, how we make decisions, and how we protect your investment. You won't find this openness in most communities, but I personally think it is one of our strongest points and facilitates communication, trust, and spirit among us all.
We are also not a community that stands still. Over the years we have continually searched for and found ways to improve retirement living while steadfastly maintaining our goal of providing the best possible service at the lowest possible price. I am very excited about our Long Range Plan that was recently developed by a group of residents and staff prior to being adopted by our board. You should have seen the spirit flowing in the room during the brainstorming sessions. I believe this plan will continue not only our tradition of innovation but also our tradition of providing an environment where residents and staff can be as happy as they choose to be.
Finally, we are a community that provides lifetime Life-Care. A wonderful concept for those who qualify, Life-Care assures that your financial needs will be taken care of for as long as you live on this Earth. I hope you will come visit our wonderful community. I would love to meet you.
