We've designed an exciting program that allows future residents to enjoy many of the Cove's services, events, and amenities, while they are waiting to move into their new home. Our Cove Spirit Club (CSC) is a wonderful opportunity to meet your future neighbors and experience living the Spanish Cove way.

Becoming a future resident of the Cove has never been easier or more fun.

  1. Select one of our different, beautifully designed apartment Villas or Cottages that best suits your individual taste and lifestyle.
  2. Make a $1,000 deposit. This deposit will be placed in an escrow account and is 90% refundable at any time for any reason.
  3. Become a member of the Cove Spirit Club upon approval.

CSC members will receive an official Cove Spirit Club membership card. This card allows members to begin experiencing life at Spanish Cove by enjoying many of the same services, amenities, and activities as our residents, plus special events for CSC members only.
