SPANISH COVE IS a lifetime Life-Care community taking you from carefree independent living to assisted living and licensed nursing care when or if that time comes. This difference makes Spanish Cove a gift that you give yourself and your family because it provides you with health care and financial security for life. It relieves your family of the administrative and monetary responsibility of finding short or long-term quality assistance and care. Residents pay a one-time entrance fee that entitles them to unlimited assisted living and long-term nursing care, should it be needed. Life-Care residents know the quality of the nursing care is superior.
When living in the Villas or Cottages at Spanish Cove, your privacy and security are assured. But it does not stop there. Should you ever need daily assistance or short or long-term nursing care, the Pavilion at Spanish Cove provides 71 private rooms and suites.
The pavilion is a new concept in retirement living, and is one of the first in the nation to offer this level of privacy and security. The Pavilion offers six neighborhoods separated by the level of care needed, each with its own assigned staff. The level of licensed nursing care and the attention to residents' needs are high priority. Privacy, dignity, and care are what living at Spanish Cove is all about.
