You have a voice in how we provide for you at Spanish Cove. We are governed by the Board of Trustees, which is composed of Spanish Cove residents and metropolitan leaders. Over thirty years of listening to the residents makes Spanish Cove what it is today. As a not-for-profit organization, one hundred percent of our resources are used to meet the needs of the residents.
COMFORT IS GUARANTEED at Spanish Cove. You can live the lifestyle you want, choosing from five floorplans for your home in our Villas or Cottages. Unlike other communities, we allow extensive custom renovations, from the flooring to the window treatments, to the cathedral ceilings, to washers and dryers. The options are yours.
When you choose the security of living at Spanish Cove, you have the choice of moving in immediately (depending on your floorplan availability) or being placed on our waiting list. Being a part of our waiting list allows you to enjoy special privileges at the Cove until you are ready to move in.
Our residents welcome newcomers, and our dedicated staff is here to serve everyone. Together our commitment is making life as enjoyable as possible. This special atmosphere is another sign of the Spanish Cove spirit.
